- Products are for personal or single-business use only.

- You may not modify our templates with the intent to distribute them as stock assets or templates.
- End products created using our templates must be flattened and uneditable (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF) or used in printed physical products.
Note on MRR (Master Resell Rights): Some Products may include a Master Resell Rights license that allows you to resell specific items. Only Products explicitly marked as “MRR” are covered. See the MRR License page for scope, attribution, and permitted channels.
4) Intellectual Property
All Products and Content are owned by Shop Cele or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5) Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
